There are various players at Rocket Mortgage who are involved from start to finish and it was quite helpful to have Patrick "keep the trains on time." Patrick helped us figure out how to get a great 7-year loan with Rocket Mortgage, and the best possible jumbo rate because we had already been Schwab clients for 10 years. Other banks we contacted required that we start taking monthly draws from our retirement annuities, but we were able to avoid doing this with a Rocket Mortgage (quite unusual, if not impossible to do for seniors) with Patrick's ...Patrick helped us figure out how to get a great 7-year loan with Rocket Mortgage, and the best possible jumbo rate because we had already been Schwab clients for 10 years. The loan enabled us to finish our home's remodel, which no other loan we looked into could do without charging up to a point for cash out, or other exorbitant fees. We have told all our friends about Patrick, and feel confident in the referral.
