Not only does he exuberate the Rocket Mortgage culture, but he also demands the highest level of excellence, execution, and accountability from his team. Paul went above and beyond to ensure that my fellow teammates and I were as prepared as we possibly could be come ...I joined Paul's team, The Symphony, two months into my time in The Foundation and honestly feel so blessed that I was on his team. Not only does he exuberate the Rocket Mortgage culture, but he also demands the highest level of excellence, execution, and accountability from his team. Paul went above and beyond to ensure that my fellow teammates and I were as prepared as we possibly could be come graduation day. He did this by constantly holding "sales clinics" during lunch and after our team huddles to rep out the CCP and discuss the Rocket Mortgage products and programs. On a daily basis, Paul assigned action items centered around sharpening our sales skills and learning the technology (AMP) that we would be using on the banking floor. In addition to this, Paul was a huge supporter of culture and innovation and helped a fellow teammate and myself create a weekly video series, "Cooper's Culture" that has spread Foundation wide and will continue into New Development.
