She’s hilarious. If you were to ask me to rate her aggression I’d give her 5 stars. The rate she presented was a joke. I shop, so I already had a few deals on the table and hers was probably the worst, yet she argued in defense of that garbage she presented. I just made it through underwriting with an awesome deal.
