Mr. Childerson was a pleasure to work with to set up the refi that I was seeking. He was well informed regarding my prior FHA loan, and what the HARP program offered me. As we were completing our phone call, he humored me and provided additional information on how I could pay off my loan earlier by making larger monthly principal payments. I am now on track to pay off my mortgage in 13 1/2 yrs.
