I can't even get over the wonderful experience I had with the way Prince processed my refinance!! He was there for every question I had, helped me with getting the documents required to his team either by text or email because I didn't have the access to a fax machine or a scanner. but he made it work without one hitch. He was always kind and patient, and always respectful, efficient and professional. He took my application and approved it on January 3, and by January 24, my loan closed. That was 21 days of the loan process with a holiday in there as well! It could have been even a shorter time if it weren't held up a couple of days because of my previous mortgage company's inefficiency to get documents to me.
