Whenever I had concerns he addressed them. From the first phone call I felt I’m talking to some one I’ve known and been friends with for years, when in reality he was a total stranger.
We became fast friends, he no longer was just an agent. In his job he was there every time I needed his help or advise. He cared how the loan process was going. I was pressed for time and worried things will not get done in time. But he kept a very optimistic approach and was encouraging...! Reid Myers is an excellent agent, wonderful human being and a true gentleman. I value his friendship.
I was lucky that it was Reid Myers who answered my initial phone call to Rocket Mortgage !!!
