I felt that my experience with Rocket Mortgage and Richard was very good. My only negative was that I was trying to lower my rate and length of term on the existing loan that I had. I was offered a lower rate on a 15 year loan then the loan I currently had on a 30 year loan, however I was not fully informed by Richard up front that there was a loan fee for that rate.
