Rick was a consummate pro. He really helped us a lot...he worked through some issues with us and for us, even though his wife was having a child during the process. He still somehow managed to back to me in a timely basis and keep our head above water going through a re-fi which, don't let anyone kid you, can be a grueling process due to the regulations passed during the Great Recession of 2009.
