My wife and I had used another well known company for our refinance and were put through the ringer with endless phone calls and emails as well as constantly being asked to resend things that we already had. We also were stuck dealing with numerous people who had no idea about our file or who we were which led us to discontinuing business with them . I never write reviews because so often you only get the basics in business these days but I have been blown away by Richard and the Rocket Mortgage process. Richard had answers for all of our questions as well as suggestions for us on how to progress forward since we are small business owners and dont report income the same was as a typical employee. I love it, seeing everybody give you the maximum rate. You have to be almost a Saint..!
When we start to get connected, you gave me two options, one with higher interest but lower closing cost and one lower rate and higher cost. I chose after doing the math the lower interest with the higher cost. Starting with the event you had to step down because of a loss in your family, still sorry for that. ...I love it, seeing everybody give you the maximum rate. You have to be almost a Saint..!
