I used to work at a major bank, so when I replied to my Rocket Mortgage mailer, I was really expecting this refi to take a good couple of months. When Rick and I talked about my situation, I really didn't have a lot of hope that I would be able to refi. Rick gave me a lot of hope, and not only hope, but the loan from start to finish took only about 30 days.
