WOW! I spoke to Rick the week after Thanksgiving and I was sitting at my kitchen table closing my re-finance the week before Christmas. Unbelievable turn around time. Rick answered all my questions on the initial call, told me he would call me back in an hour (and did) to go over any additional information needed.
