This guy, Ritche, deserves more than 5 stars. It all started with a simple hesitant phone call to Rocket Mortgage when the sweet and sound receptionist transferred my call to Mr. Dobson who in turn handled my case with a difference. In short he walked me thru the process without any hassles and made the process very simple than I expected.
