When we started working with Ritchie I was real worried that he would be the typical salesman and call me when it was only good for him and not be able to answer our questions. I was so wrong. Ritchie would call on time, and when he could not he would shoot me an email to let me know he was running late. There were some hiccups in the process, but Ritchie worked to smooth them over with out much work on my part.

I have in mind to give him a 3.5 but the system doesn't let me do that. I do understand the problems he has to fight to get me through the whole application proces and unless the outcome was different as we expected... I'm thankful for his effort and in the mean time I'm starting making payments on the principal every month.....
