Rob was such a pleasure to work with. He was on top of it 100%! He called and texted daily to check in on us throughout the process while we were dealing with him. Out of the 30 minute (mostly one sided) conversation he gave me very little information. The only two things I was able to take away from it all were not helpful, except that I didn't have to bother trying to go any further. After I told him that I already knew I was qualified for HARP he continued to read through all of the requirements anyhow and then at the last one (that the loan had to be before May if 2009) the tone of his voice was more of a "so close but no cigar" over an "I'm so sorry, you we're right 15 minutes ago. You do not qualify" Huge waste of my time. He also used negative feedback and jabs at other companies to make his company look better. A lion never has to tell anyone that he is a lion. If he represents an awesome, fantastic company, then he would be able to tell me why they are so great, not why everyone else sucks.
