I received a letter from Rocket Mortgage and I told my cousin she said go for it my son came in I asked him & he said it's up to you & he called Robert was so nice couldn't ask nobody to be no more helpful than he was quick as everything was taken down it didn't take him no time to get me started on refinancing my mortgage he started introducing me to the rest of the team by them getting in touch ...I received a letter from Rocket Mortgage and I told my cousin she said go for it my son came in I asked him & he said it's up to you & he called Robert was so nice couldn't ask nobody to be no more helpful than he was quick as everything was taken down it didn't take him no time to get me started on refinancing my mortgage he started introducing me to the rest of the team by them getting in touch with me & it didn't take no time I really appreciate him for all the things he told me to do too get started & it's going to close Tuesday the 22nd of this month I'm so thankful for him helping me

I really appreciate how easy Robert was to work with. When I took the call it was to tell them to stop calling me. When Robert got on the phone he ask me why and I told him that we tried to refinance with another lender a year or so ago and after 3 months and $700 we were told we did not qualify. He wanted to know if it would be okay if he evaluated our account and came back with "I feel ...I really appreciate how easy Robert was to work with.
