I thought I would be overjoyed by closing but it was a little bittersweet because I no longer would be able to talk to Blake on a weekly basis. This is the guy you need for anything. When you call, he answers. We've had horrible experiences with other lenders in the past and I didn't know a single person could heal the trauma of those experiences but Blake is the kind of guy you wished lived ...I thought I would be overjoyed by closing but it was a little bittersweet because I no longer would be able to talk to Blake on a weekly basis. I was very hesitant about applying for a loan through a website. From the minute Blake answered the phone he was very pleasant, and answered my dozen questions with such patience and knowledge. I needed to refinance to get out of a balloon payment with another finance company. Blake told me he was going to do everything he could to help me. This situation with the other company was difficult as it had us on a deadline to get them paid off.
