The application was a breeze and Blake checked in with me often to keep me updated on the progress. In addition to the excellent customer service I received from Blake, I learned more about Rocket Mortgage in general which deepened my comfort level in getting a loan from them. For instance, I did not know that Rocket Mortgage will not sell my loan at any time in the future! I love that! I know that through the course of my loan I will have one loan number, one mortgage company. I am so thankful that I was connected with Blake. He made this a very positive, smooth experience for me.
