Robert did a great job! In only one area did I have an issue and that was communication. On several occassions, I called Robert with questions. Almost always, I got voice mail. I realize that Rocket Mortgage representatives were very busy with many, many people refinancing. Each client is looking for the personal connection with their representative. We were very disappointed because day 1 we told him about needing to use a power of attorney for signing papers, at closing it still wasn’t approved so I had to drive 6 hours to sign papers, I asked about it several times throughout loan process and there was no reason for this not being taken care of!!
