Robert was amazing! He was so very helpful and went way above and beyond to reassure my husband and I with refinancing our home, even staying up late to answer all our questions. Robert is a really positive guy, especially when your new surface computer doesn't compute! We are in the process of completing my loan but it has been a pleasant experience. After a time I had to move to the next loan officer. It was hard to leave but he assured me he would be with me until closing...Engineered to Amaze. That is trust!!!
