Robert was very knowledgeable from the beginning of the loan process. He helped us in many ways in answering our questions and was always good about communicating about our loan. He even helped us in getting all our documents to him when our printer would not scan so we could send them email. This was the second time we used E-sign which is so much faster and convenient than other ways.

From the beginning, Robert felt confident that the completion time would be in approximately a month - and he was right! The whole loan process went very smoothly. Our previous loan was in a trust, so it had to be taken out, and put back in the trust after completion of the loan. Rocket Mortgage underwriting handled everything. I requested a copy of all the signed documents after the loan had closed, and they provided us with a nicely bound copy for our keeping.

I first contacted Robert ( I feel we are on a first name basis) to reduce my high mortgage rate. He was quick to understand what I was trying to achieve, took the time to understand and was quick to come up with various plans to exceed my financial needs, reduce virtually all of my debts and reduce my mortgage interest rate.
