He got us into a conventional 15 year loan with a whole interest point lower, no escrow, waived the appraisal fee, and the payment was less than our 30 year VA. Now I can finally say that our home will be paid off much sooner. It is like he lifted a heavy rucksack off of my back. He was nice, polite, professional, I like to talk and he listened to some of my stories about the Army. It was nice to hear that he served the military as a civilian, way to go Rockey.
