This is the 3rd refinance (not including 2 new home purchases) I am doing over the last 10 years and Rocky, by far, has been the most competent of anyone I have worked with concerning mortgages. Other companies may have saved me a minute couple of dollars, but they did not have anyone as well rounded and patient as Rockey. His people skills kept my business...for real!

I was very skeptical about a totally online refi, I figured id be lost in a shuffle of other numbers as I have been many many times in the past. I put out a general question on Credit karma about lowering my interest rate and was bombarded with dozens of electronically sent emotionless messages to call, All accept for 1, Rockey from Rocket Mortgage, from his very first message he left he was ...I was very skeptical about a totally online refi, I figured id be lost in a shuffle of other numbers as I have been many many times in the past. I will absolutely recommend him to others and I myself will also call him in the future for all my loan and property needs. My closing is tomorrow morning and i dont have an ounce of worry !!!!
