Anyway, had it not been for meeting Rockey, with his enthusiasm to help in our situation, my wife and I might have decided against refinancing at this particular time. One thing, the automated systems sends out duplicate to do items after the item has already been completed.
Otherwise it was the smooooothest refi ever.

Rockey was very helpful but I did have the same issue as someone else. The issue was our $500 good faith would be returned to me. I didn't realize they would deduct it from the total loan amount. I used a credit card and wanted to pay it back once we closed but I did not receive the $500 back. Transparency would have been nice.
