We both, being in business for over forty years, made sure to get three quotes before committing. Out of all three quotes, Mr. Rhodes was the most responsive to our needs with perfect graciousness. This professional man has heart and concern for every need that we presented him with. Nothing went by without his regard for transparency and truth. His responses were exemplary and we would introduce him to all of our senior friends. We would recommend ORM to anyone that is questioning the process of reverse mortgage, knowing Mr. Rhodes "WILL" treat all those potential customers with "Kid gloves". I was not happy with the approach used by him as we discussed to possibility of obtaining a reverse mortgage from him. He stressed many of the positives of this type of lending tool but avoided the questions I was asking. In the end, once he could tell I was not sold on this product he became a bit testy. When I first spoke with Roderick I felt his desire to accommodate me and what I was out to achieve, a Reverse Mortgage that did not threaten me in any way. Roderick walked both my wife and myself through the application, answering any questions we had and showed us how much he cared for our success. I t has been over a year and last month we hit a snag with our mortgage company. I instantly contacted Roderick and he instrumented a plan so as to resolve our issue. Within a week I was able to be put in contact with Michele Hays in the financial department of the mortgage company and with her and Roderick's involvement we are back on track.
I, personally, recommend Roderick as an agent for Rocket Mortgage, for a comfortable and honest outcome in achieving one's Reverse Mortgage plan. It works and I can't help but appreciate business people like Roderick and Michele.
