I had a choice of Institutions to refinance our home. After contacting four of such, I choose Rocket Mortgage and contacted Ron McRae. The initial process was speedy, but so much documentation was required, the process slowed towards the end. Ron always kept us informed as the loan proceeded along. After closing, I was told this loan closed in record breaking time, as it took others longer. I...I had a choice of Institutions to refinance our home.
