I will admit, when i got Ross on the phone looking for a simple home equity loan and he began his speech about how i could benefit from a possible refi, i thought he was trying to scam me into a higher cost loan option. He was true to his word from the moment we started talking. He was right that the numbers made sense and his work made the loan process simple and fast.
