It was great working with Ryan when we refinanced our house. He was very knowledgeable and he was very patient with us when we were having technical problems with the rocket mortgage app. Ryan stayed on the phone with us until we were able to get the app to work. Most people would not be that patient.

When we would call Ryan up with questions he was alway able to answer the questions right a way and if Ryan was not available one of his associates would help us out. I have never seen that at any other mortgage place. It took about month to finish our mortgage. Last year , October 2020 we were working with a different company to refinance and by April 2021 they still were not able to close our refinancing.

I started out the day frustrated, knowing that I needed to start all over in my search for refinancing my home. I have been watching the rates, and getting quotes from multiple lenders. I did not want to pay big closing costs, and I wanted it paid off quickly. What a joyful task it became once I spoke to Ryan on the phone. He was professional, and friendly.
