Ryan was awesome. I was originally working with my mortgage company to refinance and they told me after running the numbers that there was nothing they could do to get close to what I wanted. Ryan called me 3 days later, just reaching out, and I told him what the prior person had said, and he took it upon himself to run the numbers. He called me back the same day to tell me what he could do, and ...Ryan was awesome. Ryan called me 3 days later, just reaching out, and I told him what the prior person had said, and he took it upon himself to run the numbers. He called me back the same day to tell me what he could do, and here we are 18 days later (because I had to wait 8 days for an appraisal with the VA) closing on my new mortgage agreement. He was excellent with the numbers and had all of his estimates nearly on point. And to top it all off he is a veteran as well.
