Hi: We are so impressed with Sam. We have two home loans through Rocket Mortgage. Sam has helped us over the years with initiating the loans and refinancing. We have my moms loan through him and I have set friends to him. He is amazing and he is a person we trust. That’s a big word these days. Sam is very pleasant and knowledgeable. Does all the reach needed to refinance your home. Returns calls promptly. Wants to see things move along quickly for you.
While I would use Sam again I have only one negative thing to say. I felt many times he was being a little pushy. I am someone who likes to get things done also but at I feel is my time.
