As I was processing 2 refinances at roughly the same time they were able to transfer all of the documents from one loan to the other so that I didn't have to complete duplicate work - common sense, right?! I LOVED that I could check the status of my loans via Rocket Mortgage - I have the app and love it, I'm also using it for my loan payments as well.

This was an amazing process, I have already recommended Sam to someone who has also used him and reported to me how impressed they were. Actually, my parents used him and recommended that I use him too - SO GLAD THAT I DID.
