Just finishing up a re-if with Sam at Rocket Mortgage (closing Wed). I can’t recommend working with him enough. He called us the Sam day we filled out the request on the website with some better options than what the algorithm provided. He walked us through the process and made sure we didn’t encounter any issues. If we were available Monday, it would have been 2 weeks start to finish.
