Sam was so helpful and knowledgeable during the whole process. Always available and quickly responsive to all questions. If he wasn't immediately available for a call, he usually responded within 10 to 15 minutes. If you use Sam as a representative you will be very satisfied with his knowledge and help.

I will say that the closing part of this wasn't as easy as it should have been. Using Pavaso was a BIG problem. Things are poorly explained. There was a glitch in their program. It allowed my husband to Electronically fill in his part, but when I tried it would not send me a security code to my E-mail. I ...I enjoyed working with Sam he was very good with communication and returning my calls.

I will say that the closing part of this wasn't as easy as it should have been. Using Pavaso was a BIG problem. Things are poorly explained. There was a glitch in their program. It allowed my husband to Electronically fill in his part, but when I tried it would not send me a security code to my E-mail. I waited until Ellen our Escrow Closer arrived. She had to call Pavaso and they did an override so that I could complete my Electronical part of e-signing--which I should have been able to do before she arrived. I found this very frustrating and would not do it this way again using Pavaso. Also, my choice to get a security code from Pavaso had the phone number wrong. When I called Rocket Mortgage (Rocket Mortgage), I was expecting a lengthy process but instead I had a new interest rate locked in within minutes and my conventional 30-year loan was cut down to a 10-year loan at a .75% less interest rate!
