Our final decision came down to Sam and our current bank. We ended up going with our current bank for our new home loan as they were able to provide slightly lower closing costs as well as we have a long-standing relationship with them, however in the event this relationship ever sours we will call Sam FIRST, as he truly cares about his clients and does everything he can to take care of them.
