From day one of the process in getting the pre-approval letter to the final day when the loan processing was finished I was totally amazed at the total professionalism of Samuel McCargo in dealing with his customers. I was so glad that he was able to maintain his "cool" during several rough conversations with me when I just didn't fully understand what was going on in the process. Samuel is a great asset to Rocket Mortgage and we greatly appreciated all the hard work he did during our loan process. Samuel was phenomenal throughout the entire process for getting us approved for our first mortgage. I felt like I was talking with an old friend from the minute I pressed submit on my online application. I'm honestly not sure he ever left the office or slept. I felt very informed, confident, and empowered throughout what is a very complex and confusing process. We had been pre-approved through the bank the previous year but were not able to find a house. I never heard back from the guy after he sent me the approval letter. Samuel was always prompt with replies to voicemails, phone calls, and emails and I was never left wondering.
