I was nervous dealing with Rocket Mortgage as its all done online but they had the best interest rate by far and this guy readily answered emails that I sent late at night and was available on the phone every time I needed to call. No joke, I border line harassed this guy with all the questions i had. At one point I needed to change the type of loan I was getting and he had it up and running in no time. Scott went out of his way to stay in contact with me even after the loan was closed just to check up and make sure everything was still good.
