From the first call Scott and I got along great, it got to the point Scott would sing to me, He seemed to know all of the songs with my name in them. Scott also followed up with questions and answered my questions with much knowledge. We got through the entire process and we are closing on our loan and Scott called to be sure we were well taken care of.

Scott has been the superstar in my home refinance. He led and counseled me all the way. Whenever I had a question he was right there no matter how small, even when I texted him "thank you" he had the courtesy to respond "you are welcome". Most would not have done that so that shows his demenour.
