Sean was excellent. My client came into this Mortgage process in a crisis. She had been approved thru USDA RD Direct program and almost ready to close and they notified us that they had Qualified her on the wrong criteria. So we came real close to losing our offer. Rocket Mortgage understood the urgency and went to work and this was on a Friday! We had a new lender by Monday and are closing only ...Sean was excellent.
