Sean Park is by far the most professional person I have ever worked with across the board! Before I even finished filling out the on-line form on the Rocket Mortgage site, my phone was ringing and 3 hours later I was almost done with my REFI, on TWO properties. In addition, Sean was consistently kind, caring and patient while I underwent major surgery just 2 weeks after we started the refinance ...Sean Park is by far the most professional person I have ever worked with across the board! I was not able to get certain paperwork to him on time due to the fact that I was pretty much incapacitated for 3 weeks. He always made me feel like he had my best interest at heart. He did everything he could to be an advocate for me. During the entire process, if I had any questions or concerns, Sean was immediately responsive and took care of the matter as if it was his sole mission in life.
