Shane did a great job handling my loan application. He was very professional.

One thing that has me pretty annoyed is that after the loan closing I have received and continue to receive A LOT of junk mail. I realized Shane has nothing to do with this, but I need to voice my displeasure about this, so hopefully this feedback goes through the proper channels.
