I've worked with Shane Boon from Rocket Mortgage on a home refinance and most recently on a new home purchase. My experiences with him have been fantastic. He responds very quickly, he's professional and extremely client focused. Shane always provides a professional service and prompt replies to his customers. However, we suggest Schwab and Rocket Mortgage establishing a better work/communication channel to support the mortgage team to work with Shane so they can avoid duplicated requirements, tasks or miscommunications that burden the customers, also to avoid things fall thru the cracks or hiccups.
