My personal opinion of Shawtann's performance is above excellent plus +, he got the ball rolling:

I simply phoned Rocket Mortgage with regards to my personal qualifications of refi on my single family home, in which I had doubts, even though I knew I had sound financial stability. However, in my mind, I had not expected to get qualified as "quickly", and if not I was prepared to take the necessary...My personal opinion of Shawtann's performance is above excellent plus +, he got the ball rolling:

However, in my mind, I had not expected to get qualified as "quickly", and if not I was prepared to take the necessary measures to qualify for refi again in the near future. Simply because being married, I was requesting refi in my name only, then Shawtann suggested taking look my numbers and status for refi qualifications as an individual, then by crunching my numbers through the financial system, then with minor adjustments (low an behold) I qualified, my credit score improved, debts are now gone, and as a family we now have more disposable income an financial freedom to move forward in life and without worry.

Bottom-line, my family is at peace, and we're happier going forward into the future, thanks to Shawtann and Rocket Mortgage/Rocket Mortgage.
