Shmuel is a closer. I had three different lenders working with me and the numbers were all about the same. I went with Rocket and Shmuel because I had a feeling he would get it done no matter what. And guess what? I had a serious issue come up in underwriting that stopped my closing. I went to two other banks while it was stalled out and BOTH told me the loan could not be closed.
