Shmuel is a closer. I had three different lenders working with me and the numbers were all about the same. I went with Rocket and Shmuel because I had a feeling he would get it done no matter what. And guess what? I had a serious issue come up in underwriting that stopped my closing. I went to two other banks while it was stalled out and BOTH told me the loan could not be closed. What can you say about Shmuel? He is one amazing guy.
