I connected with Skylar first in 2024 after I got suckered into a higher interest rate by another broker. He gave me a call within minutes we were able to get something started. I was able to refinance down a point which certainly helped my monthly payments. Now in 2025 I just had him help me with another 1/2 point reduction.
