I was not shopping for a mortgage today...but a third-party offer, the kind I usually would ignore, had me fill out some details about home, property, and cashing in/out.

Google led me to Rocketmortgage; I dialed ...Oh my goodness! I don't give reviews often. You have to either be really good, or really bad. Stephanie and the whole Rocket team are beyond really good. I'm tempted to hire a website hacker just to have them add a 6th star.

I told Stephanie that, she understood, and explained things to me in a simple, direct, easy to understand way without placing any pressure on me to make a decision. A few days later I had questions, and she got right back to me.

Once I decided it was time to move forward, her and the whole team moved so fast I was shocked. But they were not just fast, they were efficient through every step of the way, yet didn't at any point make me feel rushed.

She did not have any issues giving me a day in the beginning after she provided the preliminary numbers; unlike some other loan advisors who expected me to commit and sign that same day when they were told that I am trying to get a quote comparison.
