This was my first time working with Rocket Mortgage to refi. The process was extremely convenient and my loan officer Stephanie was amazing from approval to closing. In the middle of the process I had an issue with my previous mortgage and was assigned to a new Rocket Mortgage loan officer, due to an unforeseen issue. The entire time I still contacted Stephanie instead of the new officer for ...This was my first time working with Rocket Mortgage to refi. The entire time I still contacted Stephanie instead of the new officer for clarification or questions because of my comfortablity with her and it was accepted.
Overall I would recommend Rocket Mortgage based on my experience. The only con that I experienced was I refinanced my mortgage and also consolidated other debt, and Rocket Mortgage does not pay your consolidated debt electronically. You will be responsible for paying off that debt via paper check. But everything else you can upload electronically from the comfort of home or work. If you're considering Rocket Mortgage, hopefully you can have the Stephanie experience!
