StepHen (and Rocket Mortgage in general) is a hassle-free experience in home financing and refinancing. I must have done it 3 times in total with Rocket Mortgage as interest rates have fallen over the last couple of decades and each time they met my expectations.
Stephen in particular is very polite and a can-do person and his personlaity stays calm and will keep you calm through the process.
