I'm in one year now at our home. Our bank wouldn't touch us, so we gave Rocket Mortgage a shot with Stephen. The document process was a little excessive, but we are borrowing money. It's now all said & bone, and we are very pleased with the effort of Stephen especially, Jennifer, and the rest the Rocket Mortgage staff. 5* for sure. To start off. I was anitially turned down by my bank. Needless to say my wife and I were very disappointed. So I figured what the hell, lets give Rocket Mortgage a shot.
Best decision I ever made. I knew that our credit rating was relatively new, and our credit experiance was fairly new. But Stephen, and the rest of his team did an amazing job. Stephen was very good. I would certainly recommend him to others. One piece that could be improved is perhaps providing a thorough and clear outline of the steps involved and arranging at least one meet and greet with the customer.
