Mr. Tallman was excellent. He was very attentive to my needs. Leading up to my closing date, I was working with Mr. Tallman's colleague. I wish someone on the team would have explained the difference in the closing date. A day caused me to immediately pay my mortgage the next month. I wish my first mortgage payment would have been March 1 instead February 1.
