I loved the overall quick and easy process. Very streamlined process was very impressive. The only thing I didn't like was I got a slightly higher interest rate lock for lender paid home owners insurance. I felt that should have been unnecessary since I was so very close to having 20% equity, and the county appraisal of my property would put it way over 20% equity.
